Welcome : short speeches by the organisers and the representatives of local authorities.
Opening round table : plenary presentation to start debates and thinkings.
Sessions : presentations (15’ including questions) of innovative practices in scientific teaching in Rhône-Alpes which aim to bring school and research centres or industrial companies closer together. Presentations of some experiments conducted in other European countries will widen thinking and exchanges about practices.

Public round table : plenary presentation, in French, on «the taste of sciences» in a cultural, historical and social approach, with :
- Etienne Klein : physicist (CEA) and doctor in philosophy of sciences,
- Etienne Emile Baulieu, biologist, research director in the INSERM (French National Institute for Medical Research), president of the “Académie des Sciences”
- José Mariano Gago : physicist, professor at the Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon, former Minister of Science and Technology in Portugal, initiator of the network Cienca Viva.

Conclusions : During the whole event, 3 girls and 3 boys (14 to 18 years old) will follow the debates. At the end of our three working days, they will have 30 minutes to give their impressions of sessions and debates. They will conclude with their youthful views on society, on sciences and on research.
